For the health and safety of all our Boarders, there are certain requirements we must ask of you and your dog.
First and probably most important are the vaccines of your dog. We must have a copy of Rabies, Parvo, Distemper (these two are often referred to as DHP or DHPP), and Bordatella. The information must be on your vet’s letterhead with the dogs name and the expiration date of each vaccine. No dogs will be accepted without this information.
(Due to the highly contagious nature of the Canine Flu, we strongly urge all dog owners to vaccinate your dog. Soon our kennel will be requiring all dogs coming for Boarding, Grooming or Training have this vaccine as well as Rabies, Parvo, Distemper and Bordatella.)
We are happy to contact your Veterinarian for you to get these records. It is also recommended that we receive them a week ahead of time so that we can make sure you have everything you need before you come in.
We request that your dog be able to be walked on a leash and has some manners. He or she is not expected to be an obedience champion, we just need to be able to handle him or her for safety reasons.
We Do Not Accept Chronic Biters. That does not mean a dog that is fearful in the kennel that snaps out.
Early reservations during peak times are highly suggested.
